  • What amenities are included at C8 Loft und C29 Penthouse?

    Both properties come fully equipped with Wi-Fi, air conditioning, kitchens with modern appliances, private outdoor spaces, and comfortable living areas. Villa Solara also features a private pool, while Casa di Limoni has a charming garden and outdoor dining area.

  • How far are the properties from the lake?

    Villa Solara is just a 10-minute drive from the nearest beach in Scopello, offering stunning coastal views and access to Zingaro Nature Reserve. Casa di Limoni is about 15 minutes from the golden beaches of Noto.

  • Is parking available at the properties?

    Yes, at C8 Loft there is a direct parking in front of the apartment. At C29 Loft there is only a short time parking for loading an unloading. The nearest public parking is about 2 minutes food walk away.

  • What is the check-in and check-out time?

    Check-in is from 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. If you need flexible times, feel free to contact us in advance, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs.

  • Are the properties family-friendly?

    Yes, both properties are family-friendly. Cribs are available upon request.
